After 8 years of having worked as a Congressman of the Republic of Chile, Fuad Chahín, lawyer from the University of Chile (2000), returns to Abdala & Cia. as Partner, specializing in Regulatory and Corporate Law.

Since his departure from Abdala y Cia., in March of 2010, when Fuad took office as Deputy of the Republic, until March of this year, he joined the “Finance Committee” of the Chamber of Deputies and presided over the “Constitution, Legislation and Justice” commissions; “Social Development and Overcoming Poverty” and “Economy.” He was also a legislative advisor in the Ministries of Justice and Mining.
