She was born in Concepción on July 19. She graduated in Law from the Universidad de Chile in 1996.
She is a partner and leads the litigation area of Abdala & Cia.
She joined Abdala & Cia. in 1996. She focuses her career on complex litigation cases, both designing strategies and actively participating before Courts, Tribunals and Chilean administration bodies, in civil cases, banking and finance law, regulatory, family law with a link to foreigners.
She is actively involved in matters linked to public procurement and tenders,
She was involved in the setting up of Family Courts.
She has been collaborating with the World Justice Project since 2014, an international community of experts and professionals who work to promote the rule of law around the world.
Currently, she is a Visiting Scholar at UC Davis (California, USA).
She is a member of the Family Lawyers Association, of which she joined the ethics committee, and a member of the International Bar Association.
