Santiago – May 19, 2021. Abdala & Cía is pleased to announce that René Sottolichio Rojas has joined the firm to lead the Bankruptcy Law practice.

With eleven years of experience, René worked both in law firms and in the public sector, where he was part of the Superintendencia de Insolvencia y Reemprendimiento. He actively participated in its deployment and growth, supervising the bankruptcy procedures.He’s committed to his clients and always seeks effective solutions for them, managing to overcome financial crises and to turn them into growth opportunities. He is a fine and recognized litigator before several Courts.

He graduated as a lawyer in 2010 from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and he holds a diploma in Insolvency, Reorganization and Liquidation from theUniversidad del Desarrollo, as well as a diploma in New Labor Justice with Oral Litigation from the Universidad de Chile.
